Our History
Landpro Development Corporation, is a developer of Real Estate communities throughout Butler, Warren,
Hamilton, and Clermont counties in Southern Ohio. We have developed both large and small residential
lots in many of the finer areas.
The company was established in 1980 by Terry W. Parrott and Neil S. Strawser, both of whom have
extensive involvement in the building and development business. In the early years, the company was
heavily involved in the construction of single family homes.
In the mid-eighties, the company began to concentrate on the development of raw ground.
Developed lots are marketed to both large and small residential builders. While growing the business,
it became evident that there was a large segment of the market that was not being serviced. Many buyers
choose to select their own lot and either build
at a later date or be in a position to select their own builder. By offering lots for sale to
individuals for the same prices offered to builders, Landpro Development Corporation fills
that void in the market.
At the present time Landpro Development Corporation and their related companies have several prime
developments available for immediate purchase of natural, pristine building sites. Financing is
